Dues

   Sign-up fee:                 $75 per child.
   Swimmer 9 years and older:   $80 for the first child and $60 per additional child.
   Swimmer 8 years and under:   $60 for the first child and $45 per additional child.

    Example:  Two swimmers ages 14 and 9:
              Total dues per month: $140 ($80 + $60)
    
              Two swimmers ages 10 and 8:
              Total dues per month: $125 ($80 + $45)
    
              Two swimmers ages 8 and 6:
              Total dues per month: $105 ($60 + $45)
   

1. All dues are payable between the 1st and 7th of each month.
   
2. Dues collected after the 7th will be considered late.
   
3. If dues are not paid by the 14th of the following month, the swimmer will not be allowed to attend practice.
   
4. Make checks payable to the UC Regents/Slug Aquatics. Dues should be either given to the coach or mailed to:

        Santa Cruz, CA. 95064

5. Dues that are handed to the coach will be put into the Slug Box for collection.
   
6. Swimmers who are quitting the team, or taking a leave of absence will be expected to notify their coach, in writing, of their last day of practice.
   
7. Swimmers who quit the team will be removed from the email list. and will need to rejoin the team (by paying the sign-up fee). Swimmers who take a leave of absence will be expected to continue to pay dues, and will be left on the email list. They are not required to rejoin the team, prior to swimming.
   
8. Annual membership in USA Swimming is also required.
